They carefully warn us,
On the news
Of ugly scenes
To come,
And then we watch with horror,
The evils men have done.
But it only lasts a minute,
Or maybe even two,
Before the next commercial,
Selling something new to you.
And following the scenes,
Of bodies all in line,
Some one is selling pizzas
"Call us anytime"!
The refugees,
They came in droves,
What must it be like?
To watch their people,
Laid out dead
On the telly every night?
